Ordering Your Dance Photos is Easy!
1. Create an Account (Quick & Secure)
Start by creating a secure account. Choose an email address and password you'll remember for easy access to your photos in the future.
2. Find Your Dancer's Photos
Locate your dancer's photos by searching by the song name or browsing the gallery.
3. Favorite Your Photos for Easy Comparison
Click the "heart" icon to favorite any photos you love. This creates a "Favorites Folder" where you can easily view all your selections at once. This will help you decide between different print packages, digital downloads, or a la carte options.
4. Mix & Match for Savings (Optional)
Our "Mix & Match" option offers the best value if you have more than 2 or 3 favorite poses.
5. Choose Your Perfect Package (or Go A La Carte)
- We offer a variety of print packages to suit your needs.
- If you prefer individual photos, you can choose them a la carte from the dedicated section.
What to Expect After Ordering
1. Placing Your Order
You can place your order online, in-person, or by phone.
2. Design & Proofing (Up to 4 Weeks)
Once your order is placed:
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to design your order and send you a proof link via text or email.
- Make sure the phone number on your account can receive texts. If not, provide an email you check regularly.
- The proof allows you to review names, poses, and design choices before we finalize your order.
- Need changes? We’re happy to help! Minor edits take up to 48 hours. More complex changes may take longer.
3. Proof Approval & Communication
If we don’t hear back after sending the proof:
- We’ll follow up 3 times via text, phone, or email.
- If there’s still no response, your order will be put on hold until we receive your approval.
- This may delay your order, so please check your messages, including your junk or spam folders, and confirm your contact details are correct.
- Haven’t heard from us within a month of placing your order? Please text or call us at 616-889-8888 to check in.
4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping (10–15 Business Days After Approval)
- Once your proof is approved, please allow 10–15 business days for production and shipping time.
- All orders pass through quality control before delivery. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you via phone or text.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Some orders may arrive in multiple packages. We’ll include a note or sticker to let you know if more are on the way.
5. Total Timeframe
From the time you place your order, you can expect to receive everything within 6–8 weeks.
Note: We do not process orders on weekends or holidays
6. Digital Downloads
- Digital orders will be emailed to you from usaycheese123@gmail.com within 30–40 days of your order.
